Our sound baths are a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles.

High-intensity interval training sessions are commonly called HIIT workouts. Our training involves repeated bouts of high-intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. At Mindful Mob we only use our body as weights - all you need is a towel or a mat.
