Join us for a grounding and energizing sessions with renowned integrative health expert Dr. Jacqueline Tibbett. Learn to move, breathe, and reset in community. These classes blend classic Qi Gong with Tai Chi principles to release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate exquisite body awareness. The classes are both meditative and yet physically challenging at times! We move slowly and consciously to support your nervous system and reconnect you to your own rhythm.


 



Quick Tips to Feel Good This May:

Take one meeting outside (yes, even if it’s a phone call!)


Try 30 minutes of no-scroll time before bed


Write a sticky note to yourself with one kind thought per day
