Mindfulness Sessions

Sessions are 30-minutes, can be done from your desk or favorite chair at home, no need to change clothes and conveyed in 3 parts:

10 minutes of Breathwork - Calm, or activate your nervous system


10 minutes of Stretches – Improve posture & lessen physical discomfort.


10 minutes of Guided Meditation Practices - Cultivate attention and focus.

Office Stretching Session

Sessions are 30-minutes, can be done from your desk or favorite chair at home, no need to change clothes.

Improve posture and proprioception, while lessening physical discomfort & stress right from your desk.

Give your body the ability to bend, twist, stretch, and move freely


2 minutes intro, 25 minutes of stretching, and 2 minutes Mindfulness Check-in to finish class. Learn to cultivate attention and focus through our physical body.

Yoga Sessions

Sessions are 30 to 50-minutes, themed, and are customized for your employee's needs.

Employees will need space for a mat and may want to change clothes.

 

Our classes are offered weekly​ via Zoom or in person. 

 

Lunch & learns and special events are provided on request.

Weekly Live Class Schedule:

Monday's = 15-min 10:30 AM PST / 1:30 PM EST - Meditation

Tuesday's = 15-min 7:30 AM PST / 10:30 AM EST - Flow With Yoga Anywhere

Thursday's = 10-min 11:45 AM PST / 2:45 PM EST - Low Impact HIIT (No weights)

 

Each class in the library is between 2 - 20 minutes and designed to be done in small spaces like a cubicle, outdoors, or office. This is perfect for your company if you have too many field employees, your employees work in shifts and one dedicated time of day does not serve their needs, you can’t afford a weekly program at this time, or you want to add to your current wellness program.
