Overcome mental and physical burnout by sharing simple Breathing + Stretching + Meditation techniques designed for the corporate environment. Mindfulness classes bring peace to the mind & harmony within the body leading to superior performance, confidence, creativity, improved composure and engagement. Sessions are 30 minutes long, in your conference room or through our Livestream option. Employees will not need to change clothes and everything you learn can be done from your desk. We teach employees the skills they need to stay relaxed, receptive, creative and productive.
